8/29: So, technically it isn't September, but today I return to my teaching duties at the University of Delaware, and the first day of school always feels like the end of summer to me. Except for that pesky global warming thing, which means it won't get truly cold until, oh, I don't know - January?
Couple of quick things:
1. Zeisgeist.com is undergoing a massive makeover within the next couple of months.
2. No, this doesn't mean I have a new book coming out this fall.
3. I do have an old book coming out in a new paperback format, though. It's Anyone But You, and if you missed it in hardcover, the more affordable softcover version will be on shelves come November.
4. As for a new book, the tentatively titled What's Cooking with Stella Madison is tentatively scheduled for a Spring '09 release. I'm very excited about it (nothing tentative there!) and will keep you posted on its progress.
5. I finally updated my calendar page, so take a look and maybe we can meet up somewhere down the line! I'm very much looking forward to speaking on a panel about sex and YA fiction with authors like Laurie Halse Anderson, E. Lockhart, Brent Hartinger, Tanya Lee Stone, and Laura Ruby at this November's NCTE conference - I'll post more about that as it gets closer to the date!
